A Challenge Decision:
If there was a public vote on the challenge there isn't really anything you can do about the decision. However, if you feel the vote was skewed or tampered with in some way you can contact us directly and in confidence.
We will monitor votes randomly to ensure fairness wherever possible.
A disagreement with another member:
Disagreements do happen. If you feel another member has mistreated you regarding a challenge or you have any other issue a member of the administration team will mediate where possible.
A decision by the admins:
If you feel you have been treated unfairly by an administrator of the site you can contact us through the contact form using the correct heading.
We will take all contact seriously. Our decision, once made, will be final.
